Amanda Burlett has worked in an educator role for some years. She believes that education is important for all ages. While working in a local school system Amanda began treatment for abnormal cells in her body. After a 10 year period without any major improvement she realized she had to make some changes. “I looked at the foods I was eating as well as my fitness and stress levels and found I could make positive health changes. I became healthier and happier than ever before. These changes helped me to decide that I wanted to help other people do the same. Amanda became certified as a Lifestyle Educator in October 2009 specifically for the FirstLine Therapy program. She also is continuing education in fitness with Ashworth College.
